The WTO’s dispute settlement mechanism is a cornerstone of the rule-based multilateral trading system. It provides a platform for WTO members to resolve trade disputes, and upholds their rights and obligations in accordance with the WTO agreements. HKC attaches great importance to the dispute settlement mechanism, and works with all WTO members to maintain its integrity and effectiveness, as well as to seek improvements as appropriate.
